A renovation or an addition meets a house that already exists — its structure, its trim, its floors and its light. The new work has to join it with care, so what is new reads as if it had always been there.

Kitchen and bath remodeling
Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms a house uses hardest, and where cabinetry, counters, tile and fixtures all meet in a small space. They are a large part of our renovation work.
Home additions
An addition brings new space to the house — a larger kitchen, a family room, another bedroom — and has to join the existing structure so the new rooms read as part of the house, not an attachment.
Larger renovations
On medium to large projects a renovation can reach several rooms at once. That is where planning the sequence of the work and coordinating the trades matter most — the core of our project management and general contracting.
Building through the winter
Many people assume construction stops when the weather turns. Winter brings different challenges, but we can typically build year-round — so the timing of your project doesn't have to wait for spring.
