One party holding the whole project

On a significant renovation or addition, someone has to hold the whole project together: the schedule, the trades, the site and the details that fall between them. That is the job of the general contractor.

We plan the work, coordinate the trades and supervise the site, so decisions are made early and the work stays coordinated from the first day to the last. Working with an architect or designer? See how we work with design professionals.

What that covers

  • Planning and sequencing the work before it starts.
  • Coordinating carpenters, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
  • Supervision of the work on site.
  • Keeping you — and your architect or designer — informed as the work moves.
  • Custom carpentry and light framing, also part of our services.
